Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Key Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition Requirement: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Return & Exchange Process
Contact our Customer Adventure Team within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Include your order number and reason for return.
Ensure all items are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Include the original packing slip or invoice.
Package your items securely and ship to our returns center. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.
Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our products for all adventurers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Base Layer items (including Base Layer Tops and Base Layer Bottoms – for hygiene reasons)
- Headwear (including hats and beanies)
- Gloves
- Any items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or are missing original tags
Refund Information
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. The same shipping options and timeframes apply to exchanged items.
International Returns
As we serve adventurers worldwide, international returns are accepted. However, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. Refunds will be issued in US Dollars, and your financial institution will determine the final amount in your local currency.
