3. Order and Payment Terms

When you place an order, you agree to the following:

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
• Shipping:
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx, cost $12.95, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment.
• International Orders: We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.
• Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely, and you must provide valid payment details.
• Order Changes/Cancellations: You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us. After this period, orders cannot be modified due to processing.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition Requirement: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or invoice.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: Base Layer items (Tops and Bottoms), Headwear, Gloves, and any items showing wear, washing, or missing tags.
• Return Process:

  2. Prepare items as described above.
  3. Ship your return securely using a trackable service (you are responsible for return shipping costs).
  4. We inspect returns and process refunds or exchanges within 3-5 business days of receipt.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• International Returns: Accepted, but you are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties. Refunds are in US Dollars, with final amounts determined by your financial institution.
